MINDEF Library comes under the jurisdiction of the Education Directorate, Personnel Services Division (PSD), Malaysian Armed Forces Headquarters. The MINDEF Library is the main library, responsible to the Director of Education, Malaysian Armed Forces, for the management of libraries at all Armed Forces training centres, formation and bases.
